It can feel tricky to navigate the balancing act of no longer dieting, when you're still wanting weight loss 

I get it. I've been there myself. When I began my own intuitive eating journey, I still felt that pull towards wishing I could lose weight (and secretly hoping intuitive eating was going to cause me to lose weight 🫠). 

👉 Let’s also address the elephant in the room:
 I have a ton of thin privilege. 

Although I may not have the same lived experiences as you, it doesn’t take away the fact that the frameworks, the tools and the skills you’re going to walk away with are any less valuable because of the vehicle or instructor in which they’re taught.

👩‍🏫 I have invested heavily in learning from people with lived experiences in larger bodies and my frameworks and methodologies are based on what I have learned from them AND my hundreds of clients with those experiences.
